Our M8 Cam Cover Bolt Seal is an improved design over the OEM GM design.  Being self centering, it seals on the bolt shank, and keeps the seal centered for proper sealing to the cam cover. The OEM GM seal washer design is not self centering and does not seal to the bolt shank, creating potential for oil leakage.
