Oil Pump Suction Tube Seal.  Fits 90~92 ZR-1 LT5. (One) 1 required.

This o-ring seals the interface where the oil pickup tube assembly in the oil pan mates to a corresponding tube in the crankcase, for inlet oil supply to the oil pump.

CRITICAL NOTE: During product development of this seal, we discovered that the cross section of the OEM GM o-ring seal is not large enough to meet standard design specifications required to effect the face seal when used with either the OEM GM or Jerry's Gaskets pan gasket. This seal is necessary to prevent crankcase air/vapor from entering the suction tube to the oil pump and may cause cavitation when used with the OEM GM pan gasket or other gasket of the same compressed thickness.

WARNING: Some other aftermarket pan gaskets are made thicker than the OEM GM gasket, thereby further reducing effectiveness of the oil tube seal, and increasing liklihood of severe damage to the engine. The o-ring seal offered by Jerry's Gaskets has been developed for the application with an increased cross section dimension in accordance with proper design specifications. Use ONLY with Jerry's Pan Gasket PN 10106193 or an OEM GM pan gasket.
