Pan Assembly, Oil.  For 1991~92 ZR-1 LT5.  This oil pan has been disassembled and inspected to assure all threads are good and parts are serviceable.  ALL BOLTS ARE LOOSE.  It HAS NOT been thoroughly cleaned and made ready for installation.  

When reassembling after cleaning, use Loctite 262 on all threaded components and torque to 89 in-lbs as per the GM Service Manual.

REFERENCE:

• 1990 Oil Pan is not designed to use the Oil Level Indicator.  As such, the pan is not threaded and the windage tray is not designed to accommodate the Oil Level Indicator.
• 1991~92 Oil Pan IS designed to use the Oil Level Indicator, threads for the Indicator in the pan and the windage tray designed to accommodate it.
• The oil pan bolt pattern and gasket is the same for all oil pans from 1990~92, although the oil pan and windage trays are essentially not directly interchangable without modifications or eliminating the Oil Level Indicator.

NOTE: This is a USED, GM OEM Oil Pan Assembly.  Includes windage tray/parts, bolts and oil pump pickup assembly.
