• Made especially for the NCRS affecianados, these gaskets are the same color & configuration as the plenum gaskets on early LT5 engines.  Just to clarify, we have seen original plenum gaskets of this style on early engines of the 89~90 vintage.  Just when the gaskets were changed to the dark gray, is not known to us.  So, if you disassemble an LT5 that has the original tan gaskets, please let us know the year & last 4 of the VIN number and we will add the earliest & latest for each model year here for reference to others who are interested.

Same thickness as the original GM gasket.

• Direct replacement on stock, un-modified engines. oversized gasket port size does not affect function or engine operating characteristics.
• Port size increased to 37.5mm for modified, ported intake. For siamesed porting, simply cut out the center bifurcation.
• Coolant flow for throttle body heat can be enabled or blocked by simply orienting the gasket as desired.
• Gaskets are die cut to exact dimensions taken from GM LT5 engine drawings. Port alignment may vary slightly due to core shift when parts were cast.

These die-cut precision gaskets, are made exclusively for Jerry's Gaskets, utilizing original engine drawings for dimensions. Made from protein-glycerine treated fiber gasket material is used for general purpose flange gaskets. Excellent for use against water, oil, grease, coaltar, gasoline, etc., 23~40% compressibility for excellent sealability and a max service temp rating of 250F.
